Finally the copied data will be imported to the vCenter.
You will also have to confirm that you have backed up the source vCenter and database.
Finally you will be asked for what data you want to migrate and the size of the data.The Wizard will also prompt for credentials to join the VM to AD.

After the deployment Step 1 is finished.After finishing these steps you will get a Review page before you can start the deployment of the new appliance.As you would experience the dropdown of portgroups is not sorted which is kind of annoying if you have a lot of port groups.
